Week Four Workouts

Monday: Pushin' Up Daisies = 25 ring push-ups, followed by 125 regular push-ups (for time)

Tuesday: Snatches, DUH = 5 rounds of: 10 Snatches (75#), 25 Double-unders (for time)

Wednesday: Sludge = AMRAP 20 minutes of: 3 Handstand Push-ups, 3 Squats (185#), 10 Burpees

Thursday: Total Chance = Sum of your 1 rep maxes for Deadlift, Press, and Clean

Friday: Stair Fun = 3 rounds (1 flight of stairs = 13 steps):
Run to the bottom between exercises, continuous clock:
1 leg, every step (alternate legs as in first trip up stairs use right leg only, then go up using left leg only)
1 leg, every-other step (alternate legs)
2 legs, every step
2 legs, every-other step
Run up, every step (left/right normal running style) 
Run up, every other step.
Rest 1 minute between rounds.  Post total time to comments.

Week Three Workouts

Monday: Juniper = 3 rounds for time of: 10 clean & jerks (135#), 10 pullups

Tuesday: Jerry = Run 1 mile, row 2K, run 1 mile.

Wednesday (A): 1-1-1-1-1 squat (record max weight in any set)
Wednesday (B): Betsy Ross = 5 rounds for time of: 10 burpees, 15 box jumps

Thursday: REST

Friday: Martha = AMRAP 20 minutes: 5 thrusters (75#), 5 burpees, 5 pullups

Saturday: Ester = 5 rounds for time of: 5 deadlifts (245#), 15 pushups
