Week Three Workouts

Monday: Juniper = 3 rounds for time of: 10 clean & jerks (135#), 10 pullups

Tuesday: Jerry = Run 1 mile, row 2K, run 1 mile.

Wednesday (A): 1-1-1-1-1 squat (record max weight in any set)
Wednesday (B): Betsy Ross = 5 rounds for time of: 10 burpees, 15 box jumps

Thursday: REST

Friday: Martha = AMRAP 20 minutes: 5 thrusters (75#), 5 burpees, 5 pullups

Saturday: Ester = 5 rounds for time of: 5 deadlifts (245#), 15 pushups

  1. I LIKE! I was hoping you would put some burpee/double under or burpee box jumps on there. Nice choice.

  5. Tried to do Martha, but the Thrusters were too much. I need to work tricep and wrist flexibility before I can do any weight on front squat/thrusters. So I did that and worked on my pullups and double-unders.
